Amy earned her degree in Speech and Language Therapy from the University of Manchester, UK, in 2010 and later completed a post-qualification certificate in Dysphagia from Manchester Metropolitan University. She is a certified member of the New Zealand Speech-Language Therapists' Association (NZSTA). She has worked in hospital and community settings in the United Kingdom and New Zealand for 15 years. Amy has extensive experience working with individuals after stroke, brain injury, and acquired neurological conditions such as dementia, motor neurone disease, and Parkinson’s disease. She is passionate about providing therapy to enhance mealtime enjoyment and strengthen connections between individuals and their loved ones.
